Chairman of U.S. public company watchdog resigns at request of SEC chief

最新报道：According to a report by Coinnet, Erica Williams, chair of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), has resigned after being asked by SEC Chairman Paul Atkins to resign. According to an email Williams sent to PCAOB staff, her last working day will be July 22. Williams began serving as PCAOB chair in January 2022 and was reappointed in June 2024.
