最新报道:According to Bijie.com reporter Eleanor Terrett, Acting Chairwoman Caroline D. Pham of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) recently stated that the CFTC is exploring the possibility of recognizing overseas trading platforms that adhere to robust crypto regulations (such as the EU's MiCA) under a cross-border regulatory framework. Previously, the CFTC reaffirmed its long-standing framework for foreign exchange trading (FBOTs), which allows some non-U.S. crypto platforms regulated overseas to provide direct trading access to U.S. traders by registering as FBOTs, rather than designated contract markets (DCMs).
