Apple says COO Jeff Williams will retire from company later this year

最新报道：Apple announced that Chief Operating Officer Jeff Williams will step down this month after nearly 25 years at the company, with longtime executive Sabih Khan taking over the role. Williams, who joined Apple in 1998 and became COO in 2015, played key roles in developing the iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. CEO Tim Cook praised Williams as "one of the most influential leaders in Apple's history." Khan, who currently oversees global operations, has been with Apple since 1995 and will now report directly to Cook. The transition comes as Apple prepares for major product launches later this year.
