The judge also expressed uncertainty about allowing testimony regarding OFAC's sanctions against Tornado Cash, citing potential jury confusion. Prosecutors argued sanctions discussions are necessary to explain Storm's alleged post-sanction actions, including selling $12M in TORN tokens. The trial, now expected to last a month, begins July 14 in Manhattan.
