Crypto Exchange Kraken Wins MiCA License in Ireland

币界网报道：Cryptocurrency exchange Kraken has secured a license to operate in Ireland under the EU's MiCA regulation, enabling it to provide crypto services across all 30 European Economic Area countries. Co-CEO Arun Sethi stated the license strengthens Kraken's ability to expand products, grow institutional and retail client bases, and deliver regulated services to more EU users. The MiCA approval confirms Kraken meets EU-wide standards for consumer protection, transparency, and oversight. As the world's sixth-largest crypto exchange by volume, Kraken follows competitors like Coinbase and Bybit in obtaining MiCA licenses in recent months.
