币界网报道:Recently, there have been frequent thefts of social media accounts in the cryptocurrency field. Hackers have upgraded their attack methods, and their deceptiveness and concealment have increased significantly. Bitget employees have personally experienced phishing attacks and found that hackers control official accounts to send private messages and delete them immediately, guide victims to contact well-disguised Telegram accounts, and trick them into installing files containing malicious code in online meetings, thereby obtaining device permissions to steal assets and expand the scope of attacks. Unlike in the past, hackers will use verified accounts to increase credibility and adopt a strategy of deleting private messages after sending them to achieve long-term lurking. Security experts recommend that users be wary of official account invitations, confirm their identities through multiple channels, avoid downloading files at will, use official clients and enable multi-factor authentication. If an account is stolen, the network should be disconnected immediately, assets should be transferred, the account should be retrieved, and third-party authorization should be closed. Bitget said it will continue to improve the industry's security protection capabilities.
