He pointed out that AWS has promoted the adoption of intelligent agents in multiple industries in Asia, from software system modernization to enterprise operation optimization, and has been put into practical application in the background of enterprises. Companies such as Grab, Samsung, and Canva have used AI agents internally to replace some human processes, saving a lot of development hours. He emphasized that AI is shifting from "big and comprehensive" to "small and specialized" to cope with energy consumption and cost pressures. Faced with surging computing needs, AWS is increasing its investment in infrastructure, announcing new investment plans totaling more than US$47 billion in Japan, India and Australia this week alone.
