币界网报道：[Judge: Alex Mashinsky will not get a share of the Celsius bankruptcy case] According to the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, Celsius debtors have reached an agreement with former CEO Alex Mashinsky and his related entities to prohibit the distribution of Celsius bankruptcy proceeds to the latter. The agreement allows Celsius debtors to distribute funds frozen due to claims filed by Mashinsky. In May this year, Mashinsky was sentenced to 12 years in prison for fraud. So far this year, Celsius' creditors have cumulatively claimed more than $1 billion in assets.
