币界网报道：US payment giant Stripe announced the acquisition of Privy, an embedded wallet infrastructure provider, which is another strategic layout following the acquisition of stablecoin service provider Bridge last year. Founded in 2021, Privy's API and SDK have supported more than 1,000 development teams and more than 75 million accounts, facilitating billions of dollars in transactions. The acquisition enables Stripe to gain a first-class team and wallet platform, which complements Bridge's stablecoin back-end services. After the integration, Stripe will provide a full stack of fiat and cryptocurrency services covering 101 countries, with partners including SpaceX and Visa. The company plans to expand digital asset licenses and on-chain financial services to promote the large-scale adoption of stablecoins and crypto payments.
