Moonchain was founded by former engineers from Parity Technologies and ZKsync, focusing on blockchain protocols, L2 expansion and DePIN technology. JDI said that this acquisition will combine its hardware manufacturing capabilities with Moonchain's technical foundation to advance its layout in the field of decentralized infrastructure. Moonchain plans to launch the first round of hardware giveaways (iHO) at the end of June, and users can obtain smart devices connected to the Web3 network by staking tokens.
