Financial infrastructure firm Zebec acquires compliance and identity platform Gatenox

币界网报道：According to Cointelegraph, on June 5, financial infrastructure company Zebec Network acquired compliance and identity platform Gatenox to prepare for MiCA and FCA regulatory push. Zebec said the deal will introduce localized identity authentication, KYB and anti-money laundering tools directly into its Web3 payment stack. Zebec plans to use Gatenox's technology to obtain regulatory registration through the EU's Crypto Asset Market Regulation (MiCA) and the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the second half of 2025.
