币界网报道：Vietnam has reached a strategic cooperation with Venom Foundation, Techsmart Telecom, IITCS and GS Fund Abu Dhabi to promote the construction of national blockchain financial infrastructure. The cooperation focuses on infrastructure construction, blockchain network implementation, legal supervision and talent training. Venom Foundation will deploy its Layer-0 blockchain protocol to support stablecoins, on-chain KYC/AML and asset tokenization. The Vietnamese government plans to introduce digital asset-related regulations in 2025 to promote the legal and compliant development of blockchain technology. The first phase will last for 12 months and focus on the legal framework, market analysis and data center planning. The subsequent phase will promote digital payments and network security improvements. The project is expected to make Vietnam a regional model for blockchain applications.
