The initiative will support the settlement of tokenized bank liabilities and regulated stablecoins, while effectively managing digital asset risks. Built on Project Orchid, BLOOM covers G10 and Asian multi-currency payments, cross-border settlement, and wholesale use cases. Initial partners include financial institutions such as Circle, DBS, and OCBC. Together, they will address industry challenges such as settlement asset allocation, compliance automation, and AI-powered agent payments, driving a new wave of financial innovation.
