Franceâs Lise Wins License to Launch Europeâs First Tokenized Stock Exchange

最新报道：Paris-based Lise has become Europe's first fully authorized tokenized equity exchange, receiving a DLT TSS license from France's ACPR regulator. The platform, backed by shareholders including CACEIS, BNP Paribas, and Bpifrance, will combine Multilateral Trading Facility and Central Securities Depository roles to serve French SMEs with market caps below €500 million. CEO Mark Kepeneghian said the license addresses real-world financing challenges, with the first SME IPOs targeting energy, infrastructure, and defense sectors planned for early 2026.
