Bittensor recovery subnet registration and deregistration mechanism

最新报道：According to Bijie.com, on October 16th, the OpenTensor Foundation tweeted that Bittensor has reinstated its subnet registration and deregistration mechanism, capping the number of subnets at 128. New subnets will replace the lowest-performing subnets and receive a four-month immunity period. This update incentivizes subnet teams to prove their value or free up space, increasing competition and project quality. TAO tokens from deregistered subnets will be distributed proportionally to alpha holders, unlocking TAO tokens trapped in inactive liquidity pools and redirecting them to more active areas of the network. New subnet registrations will incur a burn cost, rather than a lock-up cost, currently 2,500 TAO.
