The case resulted in the theft of over $28 million from 32 TAO holders. ZachXBT uncovered the theft route by tracing on-chain transaction traces, Railgun privacy protocol flows, Avalanche bridge records, and unusual NFT wash sales (such as the purchase of anime NFTs at prices significantly above the floor price) back to the address of a former employee.
