This investment builds on Coinbase Ventures' previous investment in CoinDCX. This investment will strengthen Coinbase's presence in the region, where it currently operates and has other significant local partners. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions. Coinbase stated that as of July 2025, CoinDCX will have annual group revenue of approximately $141 million, annual trading volume across all products of approximately $165 billion, assets under custody exceeding $1.2 billion, and over 20.4 million users.
