最新报道：Antalpha's subsidiary Prestige Wealth Inc. (NASDAQ: AURE) has completed a $134 million purchase of Tether Gold at $4,021.81 per XAU₮, becoming NASDAQ's first Tether Gold Treasury. The company plans to rename to Aurelion Inc. following approvals and recently secured $150 million financing led by Antalpha, which acquired controlling voting rights. As part of Antalpha Reserve 2.0, Aurelion will lend its Tether Gold holdings as collateral to Antalpha for technology fees, enhancing collateral resilience while continuing wealth management services.
