最新报道:According to Bijie.com and ME News, on October 14 (UTC+8), the European Banking Authority (EBA) warned in its latest report that some crypto companies may exploit regulatory loopholes during the transition period of the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) Regulation to engage in "regulatory arbitrage," posing significant risks to the EU financial system. The EBA stated that some firms authorized before the end of 2025 may circumvent stricter regulatory requirements by registering in member states with weaker regulations and operating within the EU through a passporting mechanism. The EBA called on member states to strengthen regulatory coordination and information sharing to prevent money laundering, misuse of funds, and inconsistent regulatory standards. It also required firms to comply with MiCA standards in advance to reduce systemic risks.
