They borrowed 40 million USDC from Aave and have spent 5 million USDC in the past hour to buy 1,326 ETH at $3,771. This whale/institution has previously made substantial profits by buying ETH at the bottom after major price drops: On August 5th of last year, when ETH fell 15%, they bought 100,000 ETH at approximately $2,270; On April 7th of this year, when ETH fell 10%, they bought 25,000 ETH at approximately $1,700.
