The $100 million private placement includes Tether's $15 million investment and establishes Aurelion as NASDAQ's first pure-play Tether Gold (XAU₮) treasury. Antalpha will hold approximately 32.4% stake and 73.1% voting rights, aiming to expand tokenized gold access through its Antalpha RWA Hub platform to hedge against inflation and crypto volatility.
