This community subscription will raise $4.5 million, with a value-added-to-value (FDV) of $350 million. For qualified early adopters, Momentum will offer a discounted FDV of $250 million. All tokens acquired through this round will be fully unlocked at the Token Generation Event (TGE), with no lock-up or vesting period required for community participants.
