最新报道:According to Bijie.com and ME News, on October 2 (UTC+8), Tether USAT CEO Bo Hines delivered a keynote speech titled "How US Policy Will Accelerate Global Cryptocurrency Adoption" at this year's Token 2049 Conference in Singapore. Hines revealed that the United States has leapfrogged behind the curve in cryptocurrency regulation to become a global leader. Hines, formerly Executive Director of the White House Presidential Advisory Council on Digital Assets, was a key figure in driving the Genius Act, a stablecoin regulation bill, through its passage in just six months, a record-breaking legislative effort in Washington. He noted that Tether serves 500 million users worldwide, and that the Genius Act not only modernizes outdated payment systems but also paves the way for 24/7 trading markets, tokenized securities, and instant cross-border remittances. Hines emphasized that countries seeking to enter the US capital market must adopt similar regulatory standards, predicting a simultaneous explosion in tokenization and stablecoin adoption over the next decade. He stated, "When consumers unknowingly use stablecoins for transactions, the rules of the game have completely changed."
