最新报道：According to Bijie.com, on September 29th, Hong Kong-listed WebX International Holdings (8521.HK, Zhiyun International) announced that its subsidiary has entered into a strategic partnership with licensed virtual asset financial services group HashKey and completed its first Bitcoin purchase, officially transforming into a Bitcoin Accumulation Company (BAC). Abraham Gomez, founder of ASL, an institutional platform and one of Zhiyun International's investors, stated that to differentiate itself from traditional Bitcoin Treasury (DAT) companies, BAC aims to use Bitcoin as its core reserve asset and continuously accumulate it through multiple channels and diversified approaches to achieve long-term growth in Bitcoin per share (BTC/share). Zhiyun International has previously received strategic investments from key Wall Street and blockchain investors, including Sopris Capital and Blockware CEO Mason Jappa. Zhiyun International plans to expand its presence in computing power services, crypto asset securitization, and Web3 finance, aiming to become the first company listed in Hong Kong and globally to establish itself as a leading innovative Bitcoin financial services company.
