最新报道：According to data released by the Kobeissi Letter on September 29th, central banks worldwide have cut interest rates 168 times over the past 12 months, the third-highest number of rate cuts this century. The previous cycle peaked with 196 cuts in the 12 months starting in June 2020. Following the 2008 financial crisis, global central banks cut interest rates a staggering 249 times in the 12 months ending in October 2009. Although the Federal Reserve was one of the last to cut interest rates this cycle, it is expected to cut two more times by the end of the year, joining the shift in the focus of global monetary policy.
