Qatar National Bank Group adopts JPMorgan Chase's Kinexys digital payment system

最新报道：According to a Bloomberg report on September 29th, Qatar National Bank Group (QNB Group), one of the largest financial institutions in the Middle East, has switched to JPMorgan Chase's Kinexys digital payment system to process its Qatar-based bank's US dollar corporate payments, with speeds as fast as minutes and 24/7 availability. JPMorgan Chase launched the Kinexys network in 2019 and currently processes $3 billion worth of transactions daily. While transaction volume continues to grow, it remains a small fraction of the approximately $10 trillion in total daily transaction volume processed by the bank's payments division. As the world's largest US dollar clearing bank, JPMorgan Chase has been leveraging its extensive correspondent banking network to expand the platform's scale. Naveen Mallela, JPMorgan Chase's global co-head of Kinexys, stated in an interview that by opening the Kinexys digital payment system to financial institutions, the bank is able to reach more institutions that may not be its direct clients.
