最新报道：According to Bijie.com, on September 29th, RD Technologies announced the official launch of its new cross-border payment brand, "OristaPay." The group clearly distinguishes between its two core businesses: OristaPay, a cross-border payment service focused on fiat wallets and payment services, is operated by RDWT, a subsidiary of the group, which holds a stored value facility (SVF) license. Digital payment and custodial services are provided by RD Escrow, a licensed trust or company service provider (TCSP) operating under relevant licenses held by other group subsidiaries. RD InnoTech Limited, an independently operated company, participated in the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) Stablecoin Issuer Sandbox in July 2024. OristaPay is positioned as a new type of payment infrastructure service provider. Leveraging RDWT's SVF license and the licenses of other relevant group subsidiaries, it provides corporate clients with secure, compliant, efficient, and innovative cross-border payment solutions, combining regulatory advantages with technological innovation.
