In a post on the "Truth Social" platform, Trump wrote: "At the request of Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, I have instructed Secretary of War Peter Hagerseth to dispatch all necessary troops to protect the war-torn city of Portland and any of our ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) facilities attacked by Antifa and other domestic terrorists.
