Ethereum Developers Approve 60M Gas Limit in Upcoming Fusaka Upgrade

最新报道：Ethereum developers have approved increasing the network's gas limit to 60 million as part of the upcoming Fusaka upgrade, confirmed by Ethereum Foundation contributor Tim Beiko during the ACDE call #221. The upgrade aims to boost transaction throughput and address network congestion. Testnet deployments will begin in October with mainnet launch to follow shortly. Additional updates include setting a Glamsterdam EIP proposal deadline for next month, formalizing the EIP Champion role, and having Adi Etrichs chair ACDE calls through end of 2025.
