Officials stated that by leveraging Chainlink's decentralized oracle network infrastructure and LlamaRisk's risk management expertise, it enhances the robustness of on-chain Net Asset Value (NAV) data transmission through an intelligent dynamic price boundary mechanism driven by real-time market signals. Aave Horizon, on the other hand, allows institutions and qualified users to borrow stablecoins using RWA as collateral.
