最新报道:China's top flash memory chipmaker YMTC is expanding into DRAM production, including advanced HBM chips used in AI processors, as the country seeks to counter U.S. export restrictions on high-bandwidth memory. The state-backed firm is developing TSV packaging technology for HBM production and may dedicate part of its new Wuhan facility to DRAM manufacturing. YMTC recently established a new entity with $2.9 billion capital to build its third chip plant in Wuhan, while its existing fabs currently produce 160,000 NAND wafers monthly.
