最新报道:According to a Bloomberg report on September 25th, AML has filed a federal lawsuit alleging that Bitcoin ATM operator Athena Bitcoin Inc. orchestrated a "fraudulent scheme" to steal computer source code used in Bitcoin ATMs from AML Software Inc., constituting copyright infringement and misappropriation of trade secrets. According to the complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Athena, through a series of transactions, entered into agreements with entities to which it knowingly transferred the AML source code. AML claims that portions of the source code were trade secrets, accessible only to developers who signed nondisclosure agreements.
