最新报道:ShapeShift has agreed to pay $750,000 to settle OFAC violations for processing over $12.5 million in crypto transactions from sanctioned countries including Cuba, Iran, Sudan, and Syria between 2016-2018. The Treasury Department stated the exchange had no sanctions compliance program and only implemented one after receiving a subpoena. The fine was reduced due to ShapeShift's limited assets after shutting down in 2021. The platform, known for anonymous trading without KYC requirements, had previously settled with the SEC for $275,000 last year.
