最新报道：According to Bijie.com and ME, on September 23 (UTC+8), Yuntu Holdings announced that it had signed a capital increase and share expansion agreement with ShineWing Zhiyuan and its subsidiary, Shenglong Mining. Yuntu Holdings will acquire a 49% stake in Shenglong Mining to jointly develop the Erba Phosphate-Lead-Zinc Mine in Mabian Yi Autonomous County, Leshan City, Sichuan Province. Yuntu Holdings will also provide a loan of up to 500 million yuan with a term of up to five years and an interest rate based on the five-year LPR. This investment aims to increase phosphate rock reserves and enhance phosphate rock supply capacity. The Erba Phosphate-Lead-Zinc Mine has approximately 29.271 million tons of phosphate rock reserves, with an average P2O5 grade of 23.37%, and an annual mining capacity of 500,000 tons.
