The plaintiff Ding placed an order to purchase 1,300 Tether coins through the platform. After the platform seller confirmed the order, he successfully sold his 1,300 Tether coins. However, Ding believed that the amount constituted unjust enrichment and asked the seller to return it. As the negotiation failed, he sued the seller to the Tongyang Court. In the end, the court ruled that the Tether transaction was invalid because it violated public order and good morals, and the losses should be borne by the plaintiff himself. The law does not protect him, and the plaintiff's lawsuit was dismissed.
