最新报道:According to Bijie.com, South Korean financial authorities and crypto industry insiders revealed that the Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit (FIU), affiliated with the Financial Services Commission, is investigating whether there were procedural issues in Bithumb's order book sharing process with Australia's Stellar. A financial authority official stated, "We are reviewing the adequacy of the procedures. If any violation of the Specified Financial Transaction Information Reporting and Use Act (Special Financial Act) is confirmed, we will consider taking necessary measures." Bithumb launched a Tether (USDT) market on the afternoon of the 22nd and announced that it would share its order book with Stellar. Order book sharing means that buy and sell orders are shared between exchanges, allowing Bithumb and Stellar customers to trade with each other. While order book sharing between exchanges can increase liquidity, the current Special Financial Act prohibits intermediary trading or conversion of crypto assets between exchanges unless strict conditions are met. Under the Special Financial Act, to legally conduct transactions, crypto asset operators must obtain licenses, registrations, or filings domestically or overseas, and fulfill anti-money laundering obligations.
