Clanker rejects potential acquisition proposal from Rainbow

最新报道：According to Bijie.com, on September 23rd, Jack Dishman, a member of the Clanker team, stated in a post that Rainbow had approached Clanker last month to discuss a potential acquisition. After some discussion, the Clanker team determined the partnership was not a good fit and informed them of this last Thursday. However, last Friday, Rainbow contacted Clanker again, threatening to release a public letter if they did not respond. After Clanker again made it clear it would not proceed with the transaction, they released a public letter today, without prior consent, proposing to acquire Clanker. Clanker is not interested in collaborating with Rainbow, particularly after experiencing this type of treatment, and therefore does not intend to continue negotiations.
