最新报道：Hydration, Polkadot's largest DeFi protocol with $330M TVL, launched its decentralized stablecoin HOLLAR on Sept. 22. The over-collateralized stablecoin is backed by DOT, ETH, and BTC, featuring a Stability Module for price support and partial liquidations. With an initial supply cap of 2 million HOLLAR and 5% annual borrow rate, it integrates with Hydration's trading and lending products. Polkadot founder Gavin Wood endorsed HOLLAR as preferable to centralized alternatives like USDT and USDC. The launch comes as the stablecoin market grows to $293B, up 69% year-over-year.
