最新报道：Metaplanet (MTPLF) has established a Miami-based subsidiary, Metaplanet Income Corp., with $15 million in initial capital to expand its bitcoin derivatives and income generation operations. The new unit, fully owned by Metaplanet Holdings, will operate separately from its core treasury to manage risk. The firm, which holds 20,136 BTC worth over $2.3 billion, recently raised $1.4 billion in an international offering to accelerate BTC acquisitions and position itself among the largest corporate bitcoin holders. CEO Simon Gerovich noted participation from major funds, signaling strong institutional endorsement.
