最新报道：China Southern Power Grid is in advanced talks to acquire a controlling stake in Chilean power transmission firm Transelec, potentially marking one of China's largest outbound deals this year. The state-owned utility, already holding nearly 28% of Transelec, may partner with Patria Investments and a Chinese sovereign wealth fund to bid for stakes currently owned by three Canadian pension funds.
