最新报道:According to Bijie.com and ME, on September 12 (UTC+8), Gemini Space Station Inc., the cryptocurrency exchange founded by Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, raised approximately $425 million in its Nasdaq initial public offering (IPO). The offering price was $28 per share, higher than the previous marketing range of $24 to $26, with approximately 15.2 million shares issued. According to the filing, Nasdaq Inc. has agreed to purchase $50 million of shares in the private placement at the IPO price. Gemini will allocate up to 10% of the shares to long-term users, management, employees, and their families and friends, and up to 30% to retail investors on platforms such as Robinhood, SoFi, and Webull. Founded in 2014, Gemini currently holds over $18 billion in assets on the platform.
