最新报道：According to Bijie.com and ME News, on September 12 (UTC+8), Naver Pay announced that it had acquired a 70% stake in Securities Plus Unlisted, an unlisted stock trading platform, for 68.6 billion won (approximately $50.07 million), becoming its largest shareholder and gaining management rights. As of August, Securities Plus Unlisted had approximately 1.67 million registered users, completed approximately 830,000 transactions, and had a total transaction volume of approximately 1.9 trillion won. Since 2020, it has been designated an innovative financial service by the Financial Services Commission of South Korea. According to the announcement, both parties plan to apply for an over-the-counter intermediary license to comply with upcoming regulatory requirements.
