最新报道：According to a report from Bijie.com, shareholders of Strategy Inc. have agreed to settle a lawsuit alleging that the company's management allowed its self-proclaimed "Bitcoin Treasury" business to downplay the anticipated impact of cryptocurrency accounting rule changes. The shareholders voluntarily dropped their derivative lawsuit against current and former board members and executives, but reserved the right to refile the lawsuit. Judge Anthony J. Trenga of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia signed a joint agreement between the shareholders and some former MicroStrategy Inc. leaders, formally dismissing the case on Wednesday.
