The company stated that this change was made after discussions with Nasdaq to comply with its listing rules, but did not provide specific terms. Meanwhile, Zak Folkman, co-founder and COO of World Liberty Financial, will be appointed to the board upon shareholder approval. Notably, Alt5 Sigma's official website still lists Eric Trump as a director, a discrepancy between the official filing and the company's website.
