最新报道:According to a report released Wednesday by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Office of Inspector General (OIG), the SEC's IT department "implemented an incomprehensible automated policy that caused the enterprise to wipe data from Gensler's government-issued mobile devices," deleting stored text messages and operating system logs. The OIG found that some of the texts Gensler deleted involved SEC enforcement actions against cryptocurrency companies and their founders, meaning that key communications regarding how and when the SEC pursued its cases may never be fully known, even to the courts, Congress, or the public.
