Monex increases control of 3iQ to 97.8% for C$45.84 million

最新报道：According to an announcement from BeInCrypto and Monex Group, Monex, the parent company of Japan's Coincheck, has acquired an additional 20.6% stake in Canadian crypto asset manager 3iQ Digital Holdings for 45.84 million Canadian dollars (approximately US$31 million). The acquisition increases its voting rights to approximately 97.8%. According to Bijie.com, 3iQ's assets under management increased 39% year-on-year to 1.51 billion Canadian dollars in the past year. The company has already launched Solana staking ETFs and XRP ETFs on the Toronto Stock Exchange this year.
