最新报道:Ethena Labs is partnering with FalconX, a leading digital asset broker, to enhance institutional adoption of Ethena's synthetic USDe. FalconX announced on September 4th that it has added spot trading, derivatives, and custody support for USDe (USDe), the USD-denominated stablecoin issued by Ethena (ENA). This integration means institutional clients can now use FalconX to access over-the-counter (OTC) liquidity for USDe, currently the third-largest stablecoin by supply. USDe accounts for approximately $12.5 billion of the $297 billion stablecoin market capitalization, with Tether (USDT) and USDC (USDC) holding the top two positions at $168 billion and $72.5 billion, respectively. In addition to OTC liquidity access, eligible institutional clients can also use USDe as collateral on FalconX. FalconX noted in a blog post that this feature will apply to certain credit and derivatives transactions. Ethena Labs founder Guy Young said in a statement, "We are thrilled to partner with one of the industry's leading institutional liquidity providers to expand USDe access for its clients. FalconX has a long history of providing clients with innovative solutions to maximize capital efficiency, and we are pleased to support their platform with this unique offering." Through this integration, FalconX hopes to enhance institutional access to USDe delta-neutral basis strategies, thereby improving capital efficiency. With a USD-denominated stablecoin, users can earn transferable yield across both decentralized finance and traditional finance ecosystems. The platform will also expand market liquidity for the USDe stablecoin and Ethena's native token, ENA, in select venues, including bilateral trading channels and centralized and decentralized exchanges. Within the cryptocurrency space, users can earn yield through staking, lending, and other strategies available to DeFi participants. This move is expected to strengthen Ethena's DeFi ecosystem. Currently, the protocol boasts over $14 billion in total locked value. Key USDe integrations already secured by Ethena Labs include a collaboration with the TON Foundation. The partnership, announced in May, aims to boost USDe adoption on the Telegram platform.
