最新报道:According to a report from Bijie.com on September 4th, Chris Williamson, Chief Business Economist at S&P Global Market Intelligence, stated that while the final reading of the US Services PMI was weaker than the preliminary reading and lower than July's level, August's services data was still the second-strongest so far this year. Combined with the strong performance of the manufacturing PMI, these survey results suggest that the US economy is on track to grow at an annualized rate of 2.4% in the third quarter. Meanwhile, stronger orders, reflecting increased summer customer demand, are prompting increasing hiring by service providers and a resumption of manufacturing hiring. However, the current positive news on growth and hiring is overshadowed by concerns about the future outlook and inflation. Survey data suggest some downside risks to economic growth in the coming months, as well as upside risks to inflation, as import tariffs are passed through to the prices of goods and services.
