MicroStrategy (MSTR) hit a cycle-high mNAV multiple of 3.141 on Nov. 20, aligning with Bitcoin nearing $100,000 and MSTR's stock reaching a record $540. Since then, MSTR has fallen 40% with mNAV compressing to 1.55, despite increasing its Bitcoin holdings to 331,200 BTC. MSTR has surged 515% since spot Bitcoin ETFs launched in January, outperforming IBIT's 128% gain. Bitcoin's implied volatility remains below 40%, limiting leveraged strategies.
