The Nasdaq-listed firm, led by CEO Brittany Kaiser, secured $38.2 million through a private placement and a $35 million loan from BitGo Prime. AlphaTON aims to build strategic TON reserves and invest in Telegram’s ecosystem, which has over a billion monthly active users.
